Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own high‑impact Meta campaigns, copy, and funnel optimization for financial services clients. You’ll lead strategy, testing, reporting, and client communications to drive qualified appointments and growth.

You’ll work across media buying, messaging, and creative with direct response copywriting and data‑driven decision making. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll own performance and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while retaining clients.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client strategy and serve as primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, structure, and testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts; develop hooks and messaging variants.
• Set up tracking, Calendly/Zapier integrations, and lead routing.
• Diagnose funnel issues and improve performance across channels.
