Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and testing.

You will lead client conversations, manage budgets, test creative concepts, and optimize funnels to deliver qualified appointments and growth for financial advisor clients. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and collaborate with video editors and analysts to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, leading client conversations and reporting.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; troubleshoot issues across platforms.
