Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, copy, and funnels. You’ll lead strategy conversations, drive testing, and tighten ROI while managing multiple accounts and direct client communication.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for performance, relationships, and retention, delivering measurable improvement across campaigns, funnels, and messaging for high-value financial services clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
