Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, strategy, and creative testing. You will lead client conversations, optimize campaigns, and drive qualified appointment generation for financial services clients.

In this senior hands-on role, you’ll manage a portfolio end-to-end, write direct-response copy, develop testing strategies, and collaborate with editors. Report to the Associate Director of Operations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while maintaining client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and account structure.
• Monitor performance against cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and apply changes.
• Develop structured testing across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Use performance data to generate new creative hypotheses and guidance to editors.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing.
• Identify and resolve issues between ads platforms and client systems.
• Evaluate performance across media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to find funnel problems.
