Modern Family Law is seeking a compassionate, organized People & Culture Specialist – Employee Relations, Leave and Accommodations to work remotely near an office location. The role leads day-to-day employee relations, leave, and accommodations for a multi-state workforce and partners with managers, MAs, payroll, and benefits to ensure compliant leave administration.

You will own matters from intake through resolution, document decisions, and escalate risks as needed, while developing

Competenze

• Six years' experience in employee relations or HR and owning complex matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience administering leave and accommodations (ADA/FMLA/state/local).
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law including CA, CO, TX, WA, VA, GA.
• Experience in law firm or professional services preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day employee relations, leave, and accommodations for multi-state workforce.
• Partner with managers, MAs, payroll, and benefits to coordinate leave administration.
• Investigate and resolve workplace concerns, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain confidential case records and track actions.
• Develop procedures and templates to improve consistency and compliance.
