Versar Global Solutions is seeking a senior Owner’s Representative Program Director to lead the federal Owner’s Representative services across the project lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, engineering, construction management, real estate, facilities management, business, program or project management.
• 10+ years of owner-side experience delivering complex capital projects in commercial, institutional, or public-sector environments.
• Experience translating commercial delivery practices to federal programs with governance and compliance.
• Ability to lead across lifecycle from feasibility to closeout and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Versar's Owner's Representative program for U.S. federal customers and set strategic priorities.
• Represent owner's interests across the full project lifecycle from business case to closeout.
• Advise on delivery strategies, procurement approaches, and risk allocation.
• Prepare independent cost estimates and manage changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across design, construction, and operations.
• Provide executive dashboards and reporting.
• Support capture, proposals, and growth when not billable.

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, real estate, facilities management, business, program or project management

Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience representing owners or delivering complex capital projects

Owner-side experience in commercial development, corporate real estate, institutional facilities, or program management

Experience transferring commercial delivery practices to public-sector or regulated environments

Ability to communicate complex technical and contractual matters to senior executives and government decision-makers

Strong leadership, collaboration, negotiation, facilitation, and analytical skills
