Versar Global Solutions seeks a senior Director to lead the Owner’s Representative program for U.S. federal projects.

You will guide design, procurement, construction, and turnover, representing the owner's interests with governance and risk management in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the environment and management systems leader, you will drive strategic priorities, manage cost and schedule, and align private-sector delivery with federal requirements while expanding the program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (architecture, engineering, construction management, real estate, facilities management, business, program or project management) is preferred.
• Ten+ years of owner-side experience delivering complex commercial, institutional, or public-sector capital projects.
• Experience translating commercial delivery to public-sector/federal environments with governance and procurement controls.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, scheduling, risk management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Owner’s Representative program for U.S. federal customers, establishing priorities, objectives, standards, and performance goals.
• Represent owner's interests across the full project lifecycle from business case to closeout.
• Coordinate stakeholders and teams to ensure design, procurement, construction, and commissioning align with requirements and budgets.
• Provide executive reporting, dashboards, and decision support for project governance.
