Job summary

Figma is hiring for an Order Management role within Revenue Operations. You will own the end-to-end order process from contract review to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and SLA adherence while partnering with Sales and Support on billing questions.

You will participate in UAT for new products and pricing, support month-end close with SOX controls, and drive process improvements across the order-to-cash lifecycle. This role can be remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in order management or revenue operations at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor such as Stripe.
• Clear understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the order process end to end — from contract review and entry through invoicing, ensuring accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Serve as the go-to resource for Sales/Support on billing questions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Review routine orders to identify errors and drive resolution with BPO partners.
• Lead UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases with test scripts and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations and SOX controls; maintain SOPs and test cases.
• Own ad-hoc process-improvement projects across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
