Job summary

Figma is seeking a Business Systems Architect to design and expand our Financial systems landscape, with a focus on Order-to-Cash and Revenue. The role offers remote work within the United States and the chance to influence a growing ERP ecosystem.

You will lead architecture reviews, drive process improvements, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to modernize our NetSuite and related systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience working with accounting teams, ideally with NetSuite admin experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Experience supporting ancillary accounting systems (Zip, Expensify, Tesorio, etc.).
• Able to wear multiple hats: business analyst, project manager, and tech systems analyst.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design reviews for Order-to-Cash to ensure best-in-class processes.
• Identify configuration/integration opportunities across O2C and Revenue Recognition.
• Align cross-functional teams on ERP requirements and goals.
• Design and implement software solutions to boost automation and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in recruiting decisions.
• Support systems beyond O2C (Zip, Expensify, Tesorio, Numeric, CashPro).
• Serve as NetSuite ERP SME with end-user training and support.
