Job summary

Figma in the United States is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to join a lean finance team. You will own monthly revenue close activities, review contracts, and ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting and offers remote work within the United States or one of our US hubs. Candidates with 4+ years in public accounting or corporate revenue accounting and SaaS experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate revenue accounting.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and reviewing contracts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate execution of monthly revenue accounting close activities and deliverables (journal entries, deal review, reporting).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Legal during contract negotiations and provide accounting guidance for proper revenue recognition.
• Review revenue contracts in detail, documenting non-standard terms for ASC 606 compliance.
• Author, update, and maintain revenue recognition policies and memos.
• Develop scalable revenue accounting processes and drive automation with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Engineering.
• Contribute to special projects, system enhancements, UAT, and ad hoc analyses.
