Job summary

Figma is seeking a Business Systems Architect to design and build our Financial systems, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash and Revenue workflows. You will join a small team and shape architecture across ERP and related financial tools in a fast-growing company.

This full-time role can be based in one of our US hubs or fully remote within the United States. You will mentor teammates, lead major system implementations, and partner with accounting and finance to drive scalable, automated

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience with accounting teams in a fast-growth environment, ideally with NetSuite administration and leading a major system implementation.
• Solid understanding of Accounting principles and processes.
• Experience supporting ancillary Accounting systems (TripActions, Zip or Coupa, etc.).
• Balanced skill set: Business Analyst, Project Manager and Technical Systems Analyst.
• Passion for helping teams scale through the use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and provide ongoing system architecture and design reviews for Order-to-Cash processes.
• Identify opportunities for configuration, integration, and process improvements in O2C and Revenue.
• Align cross-functional teams on technical requirements and ERP goals.
• Design and implement software solutions to increase automation and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to recruiting decisions.
• Provide occasional support in expanding/troubleshooting systems outside O2C, e.g., Zip, Expensify, Tesorio, Numeric, Bank of America CashPro.
• Serve as the NetSuite ERP SME and provide end-user training and support for ERP and financial systems.
