Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in Novi, MI is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Sales Support Senior Specialist to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for hardware and software products. You will be the key link between Sales, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and Software Provisioning, ensuring orders are processed accurately, billed correctly, and fulfilled on time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in order entry, order management, or sales operations.
• Experience with complex hardware and software orders and licensing terms.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume orders.

Responsibilities

• Review orders against quotes, contracts, and terms to ensure accuracy.
• Enter and process high volumes of complex orders in CRM/ERP systems.
• Verify pricing, configurations, and licensing terms before submission.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Software Provisioning teams.
• Communicate order status, delivery timelines, and back-orders to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies and data issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in systems.
• Support continuous improvement of order processing and customer experience.
