Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator to provide sales operations and order-processing support for the Inside Sales and Sales teams. This fully remote U.S.-based role focuses on processing purchase orders, creating orders and opportunities in Salesforce, and supporting CPQ activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Experience creating orders and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Experience in sales operations, sales support, order management, or related function.
• Knowledge of PO, quote, and deal terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and transaction accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple transactions and priorities.
• Ability to troubleshoot process or system issues to move orders forward.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales teams.
• Strong ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and related documentation accurately.
• Create orders in Salesforce and ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Create and maintain sales opportunities in Salesforce in support of the teams.
• Use Salesforce CPQ to support quoting and order-processing activities.
• Review orders, quotes, and deal information to identify missing or unclear details.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve questions and move transactions through workflow.
• Troubleshoot technical, system, or process difficulties affecting progression.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and transaction information in Salesforce.
• Communicate order status and next steps with internal stakeholders.
• Track open items and follow up to prevent delays.
• Identify recurring issues to improve workflows.
• Work collaboratively while independently managing transactions and follow-up.
