Job summary

KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Delivery & Activation to scale and lead end-to-end client delivery across public sector, healthcare, and higher education.

You will own launches, activation, and ongoing service quality, leveraging AI tools and existing platforms to improve reliability and efficiency. This remote, full-time role reports to the COO and leads five functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading deadline-driven, high-volume service ops.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, own launches, and deliver commitments.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Familiarity with compliance in regulated environments (FCRA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Launch & activation: shorten time from contract to first order.
• Delivery & client outcomes: ensure 98% on-time delivery.
• Capacity & cost: cut operating costs while boosting capacity.
• Systems cadence: document and optimize processes; run weekly reviews.
