KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to scale delivery and activation across public sector, healthcare, and higher education.

You will own implementation, quality, capacity, and cost improvements, leveraging existing systems and AI tools to drive reliable delivery and client growth. This leadership role emphasizes ownership from discovery to ongoing service, with a focus on documenting processes, building accountable teams, and achieving ambitious

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading deadline-driven, high-volume service operations.
• Ability to diagnose bottlenecks, lead launches, and maintain delivery commitments.
• Experience using AI tools and operational technology to improve workflows.
• Familiarity with compliance in regulated environments, incl. FCRA basics.
• Strong grasp of P&L drivers, cost per case, and capacity planning.
• Ability to standardize workflows with SOPs and knowledge transfer.
• Comfort working remotely in a fast-changing environment.
• Discretion with sensitive client, consumer, employee data.

Responsibilities

• Launch & activation: lead the transition from contract issuance to first order and ensure smooth go-live with milestones and blockers managed.
• Delivery & client outcomes: oversee on-time delivery, file quality, backlog reduction, and issue resolution with escalation paths.
• Capacity & cost: forecast demand, allocate workloads, reduce operating costs while increasing service capacity.
• Systems & management cadence: document processes, run weekly reviews, and use dashboards and approved AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
