Job summary

Receptive Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Support Operations to lead and scale our telehealth brands’ customer support within a remote-first environment.

You will own day-to-day performance, workforce planning, and the design of scalable processes, quality standards, knowledge systems, and reporting. This hands-on leadership role partners with the Director of Operations to unify brands, increase consistency, and drive efficiency while respecting healthcare privacy and clinical boundaries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of remote support ops in telehealth or healthcare.
• Strong Zendesk workflows, macros, reporting and knowledge management.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems; Healthie bonus.
• Understanding of healthcare insurance operations (benefits verification, prior authorizations, denials).
• Experience evaluating AI, automation for support.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Willingness to cover a Monday–Friday schedule, with some hours outside typical times.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the support organization across telehealth brands.
• Build and optimize support operations with clear playbooks and workflows.
• Establish quality assurance and knowledge-management practices.
• Scale via technology, AI, and automation while maintaining privacy and compliance in healthcare.
• Strengthen cross-functional handoffs and escalation paths.
