Job summary

Quorum Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to support daily deposits, Real Time Payments, and ACH/wires in a remote, tech-enabled environment. You'll help improve processes, document procedures, and collaborate with product, engineering, and vendors on automation and AI use cases.

The ideal candidate has advanced Excel, data querying experience, and familiarity with payment systems, with the ability to translate business needs for IT.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data cleansing).
• Experience with payment systems and data querying preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and translate requirements for IT/Vendors.
• College degree preferred; background in banking/financial services beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert for daily processing of deposits, RTP, ACH and wires.
• Coordinate daily EFT, ACH and wire processing and support department when needed.
• Lead projects tied to system updates, service enhancements and process changes.
• Identify automation opportunities and work with stakeholders to test solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors, management, and regulators on policies and risk controls.
• Maintain procedure documents and update policies as programs evolve.
