Job summary

Quorum Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Finance Manager in FP&A, balance sheet management, liquidity, treasury support, and strategic decision support. This role blends financial acumen with automation and BI to enhance forecasting and efficiency.

The successful candidate will bring bank or credit union finance experience, strong analytical abilities, and a track record of building models, reports, and management dashboards to inform leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years in bank or credit union finance (FP&A, treasury, ALM, liquidity, profitability, or related).
• Experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Advanced Excel with modeling and data analysis; familiarity with financial systems and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, balance sheet management, liquidity analysis, and treasury support.
• Develop forecasts, long-range plans, dashboards, and forecasting tools for exec decision-making.
• Leverage BI tools, automation, and AI to improve forecasting, reporting, and efficiency.
• Support risk management, ROI analysis, and profitability analysis for investments.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; maintain policies and procedures.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to deliver insights and strengthen financial performance.
