Job summary

Quorum Federal Credit Union, a remote-forward finance organization, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Finance Manager on FP&A, balance sheet management, liquidity, risk, and strategic decision support. You will build financial models, dashboards, and forecasting tools using BI and automation, driving improved forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency across the credit union.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in a bank or credit union, strong Excel, Power BI, SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in bank/credit union finance (FP&A, treasury, ALM, liquidity, profitability).
• Experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts and long-range financial plans; analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations.
• Leverage BI tools and automation to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
• Support balance sheet management, liquidity, and capital allocation with analyses and scenario modeling.
• Provide risk assessment support and ROI analysis for investments and pricing decisions.
