Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience within a bank or credit union finance organization, including FP&A, treasury, ALM, liquidity management, profitability analysis, financial reporting, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience developing financial models, forecasts, budgets, management reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; reporting tools and financial systems knowledge.
• Experience with BI, analytics, automation, or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Power Platform, Copilot.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt emerging technologies, automation, and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities including forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Utilize BI tools, automation, and AI technologies to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
• Assist with balance sheet management, liquidity monitoring, and scenario modeling.
• Provide ROI, profitability analysis, and capital allocation insights for strategic decisions.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, control frameworks, and governance in financial reporting.
• Communicate insights to leaders and stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Perform additional duties as required.
