Maximus is seeking a Remote Senior Operations Project Analyst to lead, train, and mentor peers, and perform cost/benefit analyses to optimize processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and implement solutions, while preparing program documents and test cases for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience required.
• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• 5+ years of technical writing experience preferred.
• Experience with 508 compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of CCO program (Medicare and Marketplace) preferred.
• Experience with Government contracts is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Pro is preferred.
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and develop plans/schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; handles confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor peers in a similar role.
• Incident management, data capture and communication.
• Project manage internal engagements and related activities.
• Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses on potential changes to existing processes.
• Prepare for internal and external meetings and collaborate with teams to define problems and implement solutions.
• Create, review, and present program documents, business and software specifications, process flows, and test cases.
• Document complex program and system needs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in data analysis and report package specifications for internal and external audiences.
• Support leadership and product owner and stakeholders on project priorities.
• Multi-task and adapt to changing environment while managing multiple projects.
