Clearsulting LLC is hiring a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to lead day-to-day operations for a high-volume portfolio within the Digital Reporting & Compliance Practice. You will partner with Practice Commercial Leaders, Delivery Leaders, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Alliance teams to drive pursuit timelines, approvals, and timely project launches.

The role requires coordinating MSAs, SOWs, pricing, and client documentation while maintaining Salesforce hygiene and delivering client-ready

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial operations or sales operations, or related advisory work.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end commercial and contracting activities (MSAs, SOWs, pricing).
• Experience managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment with meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders, clients, and partners.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial operations for a high-volume portfolio across sales cycles.
• Partner with practice leaders, delivery, finance, legal, marketing, and alliance teams to manage timelines and approvals.
• Coordinate pursuit logistics: MSAs, SOWs, pricing support, PO setup, and client docs.
• Prepare pursuit materials: proposals, pricing summaries, qualification docs, executive materials.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene: stages, forecasting, notes, activities, and docs.
• Monitor pursuit status; identify risks and required decisions to avoid delays.
• Analyze pipeline activity and operational trends to improve forecasting.
• Support alliance initiatives and business development campaigns.
