Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Sr Analyst, Operational Risk Management to support the Workplace Solutions/Benefitfocus ORM strategy and framework.

You will identify, classify, measure, and monitor operational risks, partnering across ORM, risk management, and business units to provide leadership with accurate risk views and actionable recommendations. This role supports risk data, mitigation strategies, and reporting; travel to the Voya office is required, with remote work from home options

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, accounting, finance, business management, mathematics, or equivalent work experience in Operational Risk Management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Health and Wealth (Benefit Administration) organizations with understanding of Operational Risk Management and related functions.
• Experience with risk assessments, risk decision making, and the implementation of controls.
• Familiarity with tools such as GRC tools, Microsoft Office, Tableau and SharePoint.
• CIA, CRMA, CFE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of a robust ORM strategy, framework and policies.
• Remediate identified risks in a timely manner and document progress within Voya’s GRC tool.
• Assist in risk identification, assessment, measurement, mitigation, monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare risk committee materials and monthly/quarterly risk reports.
• Promote risk awareness training and improve operational risk processes across business units.
