Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an experienced Actuarial Associate to lead complex actuarial research, design methodologies, and own profitability, reserve, and valuation models. You will work with Product, Modeling, and Assumption teams to prepare memorandums and support regulators.

The role requires strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and SAS, plus advanced Excel and related actuarial software. This is a 100% telecommuting position and open to applicants in the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial research, design methodologies, and conduct audit-level reviews.
• Develop and refine actuarial models; lead automation initiatives.
• Prepare memorandums for regulators and support cross-functional committees.
• Apply actuarial techniques to communicate results to senior actuaries and regulators.
• Extract and organize large data for analysis.
