Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Operational Risk Management to support the Workplace Solutions/Benefitfocus ORM program.

You will help identify, classify, measure, and monitor risks, partnering with ORM and business units to deliver accurate risk data and actionable insights for leadership. The role supports risk assessments, scenario analysis, and post-incident reviews, with remote work options and travel to offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, accounting, finance, business management, mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years in Health and Wealth (Benefit Administration) with ORM exposure.
• Experience with risk assessments, risk decision making, and controls implementation.
• Experience with Call Centers and related processes.
• CIA, CRMA, CFE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of ORM strategy, framework and policies.
• Identify, assess, measure, mitigate, monitor, and report operational risks.
• Prepare Risk Committee materials and risk reports for leadership.
• Document issues in GRC tools and oversee remediation status.
• Promote risk culture and provide risk trainings across the organization.
