Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Operations or Continuous Improvement roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional CI initiatives and project management.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship across OPW locations on Operational Excellence principles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and three-year CI roadmaps.
• Develop KPI dashboards to monitor CI results and report monthly.
• Lead large cross-functional projects with timelines, budgets, and training.
• Coach leaders to cultivate safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements.
