Job summary

OPW Fueling Components, LLC is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across global locations. The role is remote with extensive travel (up to 75%) to drive manufacturing transformation, safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements.

You will mentor leadership, develop KPIs, and manage large cross-functional projects, leveraging Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to achieve strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in an Operations or Continuous Improvement role
• Project management experience
• Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement in an operations/manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with PowerPoint preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 75%)

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and leadership across OPW locations related to Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement best practices.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Mentor operations leadership to drive an empowered culture focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Train/Coach/Mentor employees on tools and methods supporting a CI culture (Daily Visual Management).
• Develop and deploy KPI's to monitor CI initiatives and report monthly.
• Function as a project manager for large-scale cross-functional process improvement projects.
• Develop project plans with timelines, budgets, scope, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with sites to train end users and transition processes.
• Identify opportunities linked to business goals and demonstrate results through metrics.
• Liaise with corporate to secure resources and develop three-year CI roadmaps.
