Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks an Operational Excellence Leader to identify strategic process improvements and apply lean methodologies across designated areas in Columbia, SC. The role requires coordinating with process owners and partners to deliver measurable performance and financial impacts on complex business processes.

You will report to the Manager of Operational Excellence and support a 100% onsite operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM is preferred.
• Minimum four years of manufacturing experience.
• LEAN or Six Sigma certification; else 2+ years experience.
• Power BI input experience.
• Compliance with a risk-based approach; understanding modern manufacturing/lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic process improvement opportunities and implement lean solutions.
• Lead large projects across the organization and manage portfolios.
• Coach, reviews, delegates work and develops teams.
• Collaborate with Global Manufacturing OpEx teams to deploy Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Communicate project expectations and results to process owners and partners.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
