Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive continuous-improvement initiatives in a remote role. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence and a deep understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Key responsibilities include defining operational frameworks, leading initiatives, and facilitating Lean training. Candidates with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills will excel, as will those demonstrating an ability to drive accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Lean/CI, or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification preferred).
• Track record of leading cross-functional transformation efforts with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain an effective operational excellence and continuous-improvement framework.
• Scope, structure, and lead improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Facilitate Lean methodologies, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action planning.
