Job summary

Actalent seeks a Senior Associate Clinical Project Manager to lead clinical study execution under limited supervision. You will shape trial strategies, timelines, and budgets, collaborating with monitors, CRAs, field teams, and CROs while supporting regulatory compliance and SOP adoption.

You will coordinate site activation, data collection, and study closeouts, ensuring quality and timely delivery across global programs, with a focus on cross-functional coordination and continuous process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of clinical research or clinical project management experience.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and study performance.
• Ability to track and manage study milestones.
• Site management experience including site selection, activation, oversight, and closeout.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to travel occasionally (Houston HQ approx. 45 trips/year).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key project deliverables, including team meetings, budgets, timelines, and tracking systems.
• Assist with study design, protocols, and study-related documents and tools.
• Oversee Case Report Form design and EDC to capture accurate data.
• Support regulatory submissions, amendments, and responses to authorities.
• Manage site activation, ongoing management, and close-out activities.
• Prepare clinical presentations for physicians and study staff.
• Monitor sites to ensure adherence to protocol and objectives.
• Support data review, data management, and data integrity activities.
• Develop risk-based study management processes and plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and CROs to ensure contract compliance.
