Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Senior Associate Clinical Project Manager to support the management and execution of clinical studies. The role involves collaboration with monitors, sites, CROs, and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include study design input, site activation, data review, and timely delivery of study reports. This is a contract role based out of Houston, with remote work options and a competitive pay rate of $55/hr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of clinical research or CPM experience.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and study performance.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience in site management including site activation, oversight, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project deliverables, budgets, timelines, and tracking systems.
• Assist management with study design, protocols, and related documents.
• Oversee CRF design and EDC data capture to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare regulatory submissions, amendments, and responses to authorities.
• Coordinate site activation, management, and close-out activities.
• Deliver clinical presentations to physicians and staff as needed.
• Monitor sites to ensure adherence to protocol and quality objectives.
• Support Data Monitoring Committees or Data Safety Monitoring Boards as applicable.
