Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead clinical study programs from a sponsor-dedicated model. The role emphasizes oncology trials, cross-country collaboration, and mentorship of project teams.

The position offers opportunities to manage complex programmes, liaise with investigators and MOHs, and drive strategic project planning in a remote-capable setup across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in project management with a track record in pharma/biotech projects.
• Minimum 3 years of Clinical Study Management (CSM) / Project Management experience.
• Oncology experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience engaging with Investigators, Clinical sites, feasibility activities, and patient recruitment strategies.
• Exposure to and experience with MOH is expected.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for national/regional audiences.
• Experience across multiple countries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project and programme management activities to deliver quality outcomes.
• Develop and execute project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive development of project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into PM strategies.
• Travel as required (approximately 10%).
