Job summary

NCBioImpact is seeking a Project Manager to own the operational strategy for clinical trials, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining quality and patient-centric solutions.

The role focuses on leading high-performing teams, managing scope, timelines, and risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies. Travel is up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• University/college degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for proactively driving project performance toward contracted deliverables while meeting customer needs and maintaining operational excellence.
• Take ownership of the customer relationship while drawing on the Company’s pool of experts.
• Drive communication and collaboration with the client and project team across a matrixed environment; develop project strategy with stakeholders and manage scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Lead identification of project, financial and quality risk leveraging end-to-end risk management and Quality by Design.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and scope; forecast revenue and manage costs; manage change orders and scope changes.
• Provide inspiring leadership to create high-performing teams and mentor team members; ensure understanding of contracted scope and timelines.
• All other duties as needed or assigned.
