Job summary

Cribl, the AI era’s telemetry platform, is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to guide customers in deploying advanced observability and security solutions. You’ll lead complex engagements, drive architectural decisions, and ensure successful deployments across diverse environments.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, sales engineering, and customer success teams, create practical runbooks and training materials, and mentor peers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical consulting or big data analytics.
• Extensive deployment of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environments.
• Proficient with Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, DataDog, Exabeam, Azure Sentinel.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and automation tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer engagements as the technical authority.
• Architect, design, develop, deploy and operationalize Cribl solutions.
• Create runbooks, best practices, and training materials.
• Enable knowledge transfer and coaching for teams and partners.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Sales Engineering and Customer Success.
• Work across time zones and occasionally outside standard hours.
