Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to drive complex deployments and customer engagements from a remote-first posture. You will lead technical initiatives across observability and security, partnering with engineering and customer-success teams to deliver value at scale.

Join Cribl’s globally distributed team and help customers extract value from their real-time telemetry data, shaping deployments for the AI era while traveling up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical consulting or big data analytics.
• Extensive expertise deploying and managing AWS/AZURE/GCP environments.
• Expertise with big data analytics tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, DataDog, Exabeam, Azure Sentinel.
• Proven track record with Kubernetes, Docker, and automation technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems with CLI/GUI fluency.
• Proficient in JavaScript scripting and automation workflows.
• Strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical leadership in observability and/or security deployments.
• Lead complex customer engagements as the technical authority.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales Engineering, Support and Customer Success.
• Create resources: best practice docs, runbooks, workshops, and training materials.
• Mentor teammates, customers, and partners; enable knowledge transfer.
• Occasionally work outside standard hours due to time zones.
