Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment. This remote role supports network adequacy and growth by administering the provider contracting lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and external providers to ensure accuracy and completeness of new contracts.

You will report to the Manager, Network Recruitment. The position offers base pay of $67,813 to $89,004 per year, benefits, and participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program plus annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare contract coordination, provider relations, or similar in a managed care environment.
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suites, with strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
• 1+ years of experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize provider data to create recruitment lists targeting network adequacy by geography, specialty, or member demographics.
• Support preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address inquiries and data-related contracting concerns.
• Oversee the 'Request to Join' process and the 'Join Our Network' mailbox for new provider contracts.
• Generate reports and summaries on provider contract data updates and network status.
