Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment to support provider contracting lifecycle and network growth. You will manage in-flight provider contracts data and collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

The role reports to the Manager, Network Recruitment and is remote-friendly with occasional travel. Base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 per year, with benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant healthcare contract coordination experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare contract coordination, provider relations, or similar in managed care.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suites, with strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• 1+ year experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Support provider contract data management and new contracts processing.
• Assist with provider contract reviews, aiding Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to resolve data-related inquiries.
• Oversee the 'Request to Join' and 'Join Our Network' processes.
• Generate reports on network status and contract updates.
• Coordinate with departments to update provider data in enterprise systems.
• Maintain provider contracting data and assist with updates.
• Support special projects for data completeness.
• Screen and research provider requests from multiple platforms.
• Participate in process improvements to streamline workflows.
