Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of healthcare contract coordination experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare contract coordination, provider relations, or a similar managed care role.
• 1+ years using Microsoft Office or Google Suites with strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• 1+ years of cross-functional project management.

Responsibilities

• Use demographic data to create recruitment lists targeting network adequacy.
• Support preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and LOAs.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address provider inquiries and data-related contracting.
• Oversee the 'Join Our Network' process and mailbox to identify new provider contracts.
• Generate reports on provider contract data updates and network status.
• Coordinate with departments to gather data for enterprise systems, directory, and credentialing.
• Maintain provider contracting data in the network database and assist updates.
• Support special projects ensuring data completeness.
• Screen and research incoming provider requests from multiple channels.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
