Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment to manage the provider contracting lifecycle and support market strategies. You will work with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate, in-flight contracts and foster network growth.

The role is remote and open to qualified states; travel may be required for meetings. Base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 per year, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare contract coordination, provider relations or similar in managed care.
• 1+ year in Microsoft Office or Google Suites with strong Excel/Sheets knowledge.
• 1+ year of cross-functional project prioritization and management.

Responsibilities

• Utilize demographic data to create recruitment lists for network adequacy by geography, specialty, or demographics.
• Support preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address inquiries and data-related contracting issues.
• Oversee the Request to Join process and area mailbox to identify new provider contracts and assign tasks.
• Generate reports on provider contract data updates and network status from multiple sources.
• Coordinate with departments to collect provider contract data for enterprise systems and credentialing processes.
• Maintain and verify provider contracting data in the network database and assist with updates.
• Provide support for special projects to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
