Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment to support network adequacy and growth through provider contracting data management. You will partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate, complete contracts and drive market strategies.

Reporting to the Manager, Network Recruitment, this remote role offers travel for client meetings and events, with base pay $67,813 to $89,004 per year plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in healthcare contract coordination or a similar role within managed care.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suites, with strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
• 1+ years of experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Create recruitment lists from demographic data to target network adequacy by geography, specialty, or demographics.
• Assist with preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with Provider Recruitment to address provider inquiries and data-related contracting issues.
• Oversee the Request to Join process and the Join Our Network mailbox for new contracts.
• Generate reports on provider contract data updates and network status.
• Coordinate with departments to collect provider contract data for enterprise system setup.
• Maintain and verify provider contracting data across the network database.
• Support special projects to ensure data completeness and accuracy of the contracting database.
• Provide administrative support for incoming provider requests from multiple channels.
• Assist process improvements to streamline workflows and provider experience.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
