Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Manager of Network Contracting to lead a team focused on negotiating and analyzing contracts with national providers. You will drive cost-saving initiatives while expanding and maintaining a high-quality provider network across defined markets, with travel as needed.

Reporting to the Director, Network Contracting & Services, you will direct strategy, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare network contracting including contracting with health systems/hospitals
• 2+ years managing complex Provider Network strategies and negotiating complex contracts
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years experience in Health Insurance and/or Healthcare industry

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of contracting professionals and provide mentorship
• Negotiate, execute, and analyze contracts with providers while ensuring compliance
• Oversee contracting processes, monitor performance metrics, and drive cost-management objectives
• Review provider contracts for optimization opportunities and risk
• Build positive relationships with providers to support network stability and quality
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
