Job summary

This remote role reports to the Director, Network Contracting & Services, and requires travel to client sites in the Northeast Region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare network contracting
• 2+ years managing complex provider network strategies
• 2+ years people management
• 2+ years experience in Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of contracting associates and specialists, setting objectives and mentoring.
• Negotiate and analyze provider contracts to ensure favorable terms and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor network performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Develop and implement contracting policies and workflows.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers to maintain network stability and quality.
• Ensure timely resolution of provider issues related to contracts and reimbursement.
