Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a named account executive for multifamily to close new business and expand existing portfolios. You will lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, working with SDRs, strategists, and leadership in a consultative, virtual selling environment.

You will manage deals with owners, operators, and marketing leaders, crafting proposals and negotiations with our strategists while growing key accounts after initial engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience closing in a quota environment.
• Selling to multifamily owners or similar buyers.
• Comfort with longer consultative cycles (3–12 months).
• Strong executive presence and remote selling capability.

Responsibilities

• The full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups.
• Convert warm meetings and inbound leads into signed contracts.
• Engage multiple decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate with strategists.
• Grow the multifamily accounts after the first engagement.
