Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Regional Account Executive for Multifamily. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close with multifamily owners and property management groups, collaborating with SDRs, strategists and leadership on high-value deals.

You will manage deals with multiple decision-makers, including owners, operators and marketing leaders, and you will craft proposals and negotiate in partnership with our strategists.

Qualifications

• Years in a quota carrying closing role.
• Selling into multifamily or marketing/agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3–12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.

Responsibilities

• The full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups, from discovery through close.
• Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
• Deals with several decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Proposals, presentations and negotiation, built with our strategists.
• Growing the multifamily accounts you close after the first engagement.
