Qualifications

• Experience closing in a quota-driven role.

• Comfort with 3–12 month consultative sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence and remote selling ability.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close for multifamily clients.
• Book and convert warm meetings generated by SDRs and inbound leads.
• Engage with multiple decision-makers (owners, operators, marketing leaders).
• Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate with strategists.
