Job summary

Equifax, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive Mortgage & Housing revenue and manage client relationships across the full account lifecycle.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver client value and growth. A Bachelor's degree and 10–15 years in Mortgage & Housing sales are expected, with proven ability to develop strategies, negotiate terms, and act as a trusted advisor within a complex matrixed environment.

• Bachelor's degree and/or 10-15 years of related Mortgage & Housing Sales experience.
• Developing and executing business strategies to drive growth.
• Providing leadership and expertise across multiple groups.
• Maintaining accurate CRM data for effective tracking and management.
• Negotiating complex, multi-product business terms.
• Applying industry knowledge to drive objectives.

Responsibilities

• Fosters and maintains Customer/Partner trust.
• Grows Customer/Partner Mortgage & Housing Revenue.
• Orchestrates Equifax resources to deliver Customer value across lifecycle.
• Strengthens the relationship by expanding trust as advisor.
• Identifies and closes opportunities for Equifax Mortgage & Housing solutions.
• Engages with Clients consultatively to learn needs and position solutions.
• Defines and executes sales strategies for profitable growth.
• Develops relationships with client economic buyers and influencers.
• Leverages resources to move opportunities forward and maintain satisfaction.
• Leads account strategy and planning with cross-functional teams.
• Prepares and conducts periodic Customer business reviews.
• Manages contracting and contract compliance.
• Drives pipeline development and sales execution.
