Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Americas Midmarket Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans across the Americas region. You will report to the Director of Sales and may work from the Northeast Office or remotely, driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership in managing strategic deals, leveraging data analytics, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver six- to seven-figure outcomes. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
• 5+ years’ sales experience in a SaaS software sales environment with at least 2 years of sales management experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise software and solutions deployed in GMP environments.
• Proven track record of success in sales over a sustained period.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Drive strategic deals and accounts to six- and seven-figure victories.
• Partner with sales leadership to advance a consultative selling strategy for Honeywell’s assets.
