Honeywell International Inc. seeks an Americas Midmarket Sales Manager to develop and supervise strategic sales plans across the Americas, driving substantial revenue growth and meeting budget goals. You will report to the Director of Sales and may work from the Northeast Office or remotely.

You will influence Honeywell’s relationships with key customers by leading strategic deals, leveraging analytics, and coordinating a high-performing sales team to achieve multi-million dollar outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
• 5+ years’ sales experience in a SaaS software sales environment.
• At least 2 years of sales management experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise software and GMP environments.
• Proven track record of sustained sales success.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to customer locations.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed goals in assigned geographic/segment territory.
• Drive strategic deals to six- and seven-figure values regularly.
• Partner with sales leadership to advance a consultative selling strategy.
• Apply data and analytics to create innovative solutions with Honeywell’s content and platforms.
• Develop models to address client business challenges.
• Lead client partnership teams to connect solutions to portfolio opportunities.
• Oversee sales pipeline management and CRM-driven reporting.
• Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Coordinate resources across the sales cycle and track customer data.
