Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7+ years in editorial content development and acquisitions.
• Experience in medical publishing and digital content development is preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic course for the Physical Therapy and Allied Health portfolio.
• Oversee a portfolio of print and digital products, including established titles and new initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with educators, clinicians, authors, and professional organizations.
• Identify and acquire new content, products, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to support positioning and portfolio performance.
• Establish revision plans for core titles and propose new projects based on market needs.
• Engage with emerging educational technologies, including AI-enabled learning tools.
• Develop revision plans for the core 15-20 titles with consideration of 2–3 year pubdates.
