McGraw Hill LLC is seeking an Editorial Project Coordinator to ensure the Clinical publishing program runs smoothly. You will manage project schedules, onboarding of authors and contributors, and production handoffs, while maintaining documentation and dashboards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of publishing operations, editorial PM, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate editorial project schedules across active titles and digital initiatives.
• Onboard authors and contributors, manage agreements and deliverables.
• Support manuscript submission, workflow management, and handoffs to production.
• Maintain project dashboards, metadata, and reporting for leadership.
• Assist with AI initiatives, product development tracking, and knowledge sharing.
